After a successful career as an executive recruiter servicing premier clients like Bulgari and Deloitte, I transitioned into corporate training and coaching to pursue my passion for talent development. As a coach certified in Gallup Strengths and Applied Positive Psychology, I provide individuals and teams with a clear, strengths-based path to achieving their goals.
My approach is grounded in real-world application. In my role as VP of Organizational Effectiveness for the 4A's Learning Institute, I am responsible for shaping the next generation of leaders in the advertising industry. I teach the institute's flagship Team Leadership Certification course, work with leadership teams to improve their effectiveness, and developed the industry's first comprehensive employee engagement survey.
